Sunbeam Humidifier - The 1-Touch Digital Cool Mist Humidifier Review

sunbeam 1-touch cool mist humidifier

A better Sunbeam humidifier is the 1-Touch Digital Cool Mist Humidifier. This unit releases a purified, cool mist into the air. It is a great humidifier for medium size rooms.

It has a one touch digital humidistat. The unit can operate up to 36 hours without refilling the water tank. The tank is easy to carry and fill.

There is an antimicrobial filter used with this unit. The filter check monitor will tell you when it’s time to replace the filter. It’s a good idea to buy extra filters to have on hand when you purchase this unit. If you have hard water, you’ll have to replace the filter more often. Filters for this model usually costs around $7.

There is a low and high setting on this Sunbeam humidifier. It’s pretty quiet compared to other units. It doesn’t matter if the fan is on low or high, sleeping while this humidifier is running shouldn’t be a problem.

You can control the humidity level with this unit. It will automatically shut off once it reaches the desired humidity level. If you find this shutting on and off cycle irritating, you can always set it to stay on all the time.

As with all humidifiers, regular cleaning and maintenance is required. In order for it to work properly, you should clean your humidifier once a week. The water tank has a large opening so it should be easy to clean the inside of it.

This humidifier costs around $42. Not a bad price for a unit that actually does what’s advertised.
